Unfortunately, the sync frequency is out of Brightpod’s control. ![]() Removing a Google Calendar sync and re-adding it will not force an update. Turning that option back on should fix the issue. ![]() Click Calendar, then click Can view all details. In the Publish Calendar section, find the link to the calendar you’d like to sync. Click Calendar (next to the calendar icon), then click Shared Calendars. Google Calendar, on the other hand, does not have a definitive statement on how often the system will sync the calendar and forums suggest it can take up to 24 hours. A possible reason Google Calendar is not syncing is that the calendar sync is disabled on your device. Select Settings and then click View All Outlook Settings. If you want to force the calendar to update, you can try to remove the calendar and re-add it which has worked for some Brightpod customers in the past. Outlook, according to Microsoft Support, says that the calendar will sync a couple of times a day. If you have synced your Brightpod calendar with your Outlook, Google, or other calendar, it can take up to 24 hours to update. ![]()
